How can I copy a map to a program like Word or Powerpoint?

Once a map is produced, use the right mouse button, Format Map Objects -> Select All Objects, then Edit -> Copy, and then you are ready to paste the map as a picture into the package of your choice.

Does Brandmap 4.11 work with Office 2003?

Our current version 5.1 is compatible with Excel 2000 -- Excel 2003.If you need to upgrade please let us know what version and whether that is anetwork or single machine copy.

What can I do to fix the following error message.BrandMap: An unexpected internal error occurred ($B$346:3), or available memory was exhausted.I do not believe that it was the available memory part, since all other programs and everything else running was closed and then BrandMap was re-tried and the same message came up. What should I do?

Are you selecting your data correctly before asking for a chart? It may also be that the spreadsheet you are using is protected and not allowing modifications to be made to it.

Does BrandProfiler work on Microsoft Windows 2000?

Yes it does. It works on Windows XP/2000/98/ME.
